About Dr. Marcia Chin, PhD, MBA
Dr. Marcia Chin is the CEO and lead consultant of her company, Springboard Leadership Academy, where she delivers a range of customized educational and coaching services to students and professionals. With her diverse educational background and many years of practical experience in management and leadership in both the corporate and educational sector, Dr. Chin brings a wealth of experience to her work with clients. She works one-on-one with clients to help them meet their academic, career and personal goals through programs tailored to their unique needs and aspirations.
