Our leadership coaching service provides individuals and groups the appropriate support and challenge to help them achieve their goals. Using a process of inquiry, the coach takes the coachee(s) through a process of discovery and assists them through adaptive challenges so that they can increase their self-awareness, expand their thinking, and uncover new realms of possibilities for their goals.

Career Coaching

In our career coaching services, we help individuals identify their career goals and create an actionable roadmap towards attaining their dream job. During the process, individuals gain greater self-awareness of their interests, values, talents, and passions to more precisely define the career that is right for them and the pathway to take. These insights help college-bound students determine the colleges they should apply to, the major to pursue, classes to take, and internships to apply for. Career coaching involves career planning and learning critical skills and knowledge about the job market, building a compelling resume, networking effectively, and interviewing successfully.
